  1. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, we unfortunately, cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also includes changes to shipping address & shipping methods.
  2. DOES ON'RE SPORT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

    Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  3. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES ONRESPORT.COM ACCEPT?

    onresport.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING METHODS & POLICY

  1. DOES ON'RE SPORT OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS?

    We offer free ground shipping on all US orders. Please note that we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we are not yet shipping internationally. We hope to have international shipment established within the next month. Email us at sales@onresport.com for more information. 
  2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

    When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 2 business days to process and ship. During high volume times, this can be extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships out.
  3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    All orders ship out of our warehouse facility in Detroit, Michigan. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. 

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via USPS Priority and typically takes 5-10 business days from the ship date. International orders typically take 2 weeks from the ship date.

RETURNS

  1. WHAT IS ON'RE SPORT'S RETURN POLICY?

    We accept unworn, full-priced items purchased from www.onresport.com within 14 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders. We do not accept returns for items purchased from other websites that are not www.onresport.com or from any other retailers. The purchase has to be made on www.onresport.com for it to be returned to us. Please visit your place of purchase for their returns policy if you did not purchase directly from us. Sale items are not eligible for returns. If you are returning in the US, you have the option of returning for ON'RE Sport Store Credit or a refund to your original payment method.  

  2. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    If you'd like to make a return please email us via sales@onresport.com. 

    Customers will be responsible for the cost of their return shipping and it will not be reimbursed.

  3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

    It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund or store credit has been processed & issued.

  4. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

    Due to the limited exclusivity of our styles, we do not offer exchanges on returns. We recommend returning for store credit so that you may shop from our live inventory.

  5. DOES STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

    Our store credit does not expire. 

  6. WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTED?

    For purchases made on www.onresport.com, please email our customer service team with your order number at sales@onresport.com and they will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase to inquire about their policy.

  1. HOW DO THE PANTS FIT?

  2. HOW DO I WASH MY PANTS?

    Cold wash, hang to dry.

  3. WHERE ARE THE PANTS MANUFACTURED?

    The CourtViper collection is manufactured with our select Chinese partners. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.
